Melody and her sister Peekaboo are looking for their happily ever after together!

Melody is an absolute sweetheart with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. She adores toys she can bat around—balls, string toys, feathers, and wand toys are her favorites. She even has a “paw-ty” mixtape toy that channels her love for all things 80s—because, yes, she’s a certified 80s music fan!

But what really makes Melody special is her wonderful personality. She’s a total “Chatty Cathy,” greeting you with chirps, purrs, and meows every time she sees you. She’ll climb into your arms, wanting you to hold her and share all the details of your day. Melody radiates gratitude and affection, as if she knows how far she’s come and appreciates every moment of love and care she receives.

Melody’s journey hasn’t been easy. Alongside her sister Peekaboo, they were abandoned in the middle of the woods, malnourished, dehydrated, underweight, and covered in ticks. A good Samaritan tried to get them both, but unfortunately Melody got away. We were contacted for help and spent 10 hrs. reuniting these sisters. After some TLC the girls are doing great and are ready to embrace life in a forever home.

Melody and Peekaboo share a deep bond that has carried them through their hardships. They lean on each other for comfort, play together, and cuddle up close when it’s time to rest. These sisters are a perfect pair, and they’re looking for a forever home together where they can continue their journey of love and happiness.
