Hello there, I am HUXLEY! I am a spry 1 year and 1 month old, tipping the scales at a healthy 48 lbs. I have a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. I am a big fan of playtime. I am also pretty good at lounging around, especially if it involves a good belly rub. I am looking for a forever home where I can share all this love and energy. I may need some training, but I do aim to please! Adopt me, and I promise to be your loyal companion and bring joy to your life!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
