My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: August 2024

Jojo is a playful, energetic young cat who is an engaging cat companion. He will meet you at the door when you come home and then follow you around. But, with his youthful curiosity, he might not stay by your side for too long, and he’ll be off in a flash to see what is going on elsewhere.

When it comes to affection, Jojo likes to have little kisses on his head. He will walk all over your body until he finds the perfect spot to stretch out on your lap (see photo). Sometimes, his snuggle times are not too long as something else will catch his attention and off he goes.

Jojo has lots of kitten energy and loves to play with all types of cat toys and, in particular, a wand toy. He is enthusiastic about his cat food, but is also very interested in human food and always wants to give your meals a good sniff. For whatever reason, tea and coffee are also of great interest to Jojo. To add to his list of quirky habits, Jojo loves to sit in the bathroom sink.

Spike is Jojo’s brother and they are best friends and are very bonded. It is endearing to watch Jojo hug and snuggle with Spike. The pair must be adopted together.

More about this rescue

We are small but growing group of volunteers who simply love cats. We are not-for-profit organization who rely on public donations and support to continue to operate and save the lives of many innocent cats and kittens. The majority of our cats & kittens are rescued from Kill shelters who are rescue friendly and allow us to take these cats who are slated for euthanasia because of a lack of space in the shelter. Foster homes are our life blood, we need foster homes year round. Volunteers to help us with fundraising events, garage sales, adoption centres etc are always welcomed.
