Meet Chapo! This adorable one year old pomeranian came into an overcrowded shelter with his doggie friend because his owners had to move.

He's been doing great in his foster home and is super sweet with his person. He would love to snuggle in your lap and hang out. They are fostered with other dogs and have done well. He's around ten pounds and just cute as can be!
