Airbus is an incredibly cute and friendly young dog who is full of energy and enthusiasm. He is athletic and loves to run around and play, but he is also very affectionate and enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with his favorite humans. He is a very good boy who has won the hearts of everyone he has met and is sure to make you fall in love with him. He is very funny and playful and is always up for a game of fetch or a walk in the park. Overall, Airbus is a wonderful dog who is just looking for a forever home where he can be loved and cared for. He would be the perfect fit for a family or individual looking for a loyal and affectionate companion and also does wonderful with other dogs.

Visit us Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM! All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $45.00.

The Chickasha Animal Shelter is a municipal shelter operated and funded by the City of Chickasha, Oklahoma. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Chickasha and holding all stray animals that are located. In addition to these main roles, we also provide public Spay and neuter program with OkHumane, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community.

We operate daily with a very limited staff supported by several amazing volunteers. We operate an active foster program and are always seeking to work with those in our community interested in assisting us in our mission.
