This handsome boy goes by Timmy in his foster home. He had a tough start to life, but he's so excited to find a family to call his own. - New people make him nervous, but he warms up pretty quickly. When he first left the shelter, he wasn't interested in leaving the safety of his crate. He tries hard to be brave, but he'll definitely need some time and patience to trust his new family. Within 24 hours he was ready to start accepting love, and by the end of the week you wouldn't recognize the scared pup that came out of the shelter. - He's a quick learner, and aims to please. Already potty and crate trained, he also knows sit and come, and continues to work on more training cues. - Timmy is incredibly affectionate, and once he knows he's safe, he'll often rub against your legs like a cat and has decided he's a lap dog. Can be a slight trip hazard because of how close he likes to be. Takes velcro dog to a new level. - A bit of a chatty boy, he might not be well suited for condo or apartment living as he likes to make sure you know what the neighbors are doing. - He adores his foster siblings being both respectful of the senior dog in the home, and keeping up with the younger high-energy pup. He would love to have a fur sibling in his future home to play with. Slow introductions are always recommended. Has not been tested with cats. - A zoomie enthusiast who loves bounding around the yard and house. He's a medium energy boy who spends the majority of the day napping on the couch, but also loves to play with his toys and run around the yard with his foster siblings. - Great loose leash walker, and picked up heel right away. He’s gone on a couple trips around stores and to parks to build his confidence and will make a great adventure buddy! - He has yet to meet kids, but he is still learning not to jump up. Older kids who he can't knock down would be best for this guy. - Timmy is a very well-behaved boy and a pleasure to have in foster. That being said, he is still a puppy and will need additional training to be the best he can be. He's an expert counter inspector for snacks, wants to help with the laundry by stealing your socks, and lacks self-awareness in his zoomies. He's very receptive to learning, but his future pet parents should be ready to continue his training.
