What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Jack is a VERY good boy. He recently lost his favorite human to a battle with cancer, and he is feeling a little lost in the world. He is currently living with dad's family, but they are a house of three cats, grandpa is terribly allergic to dogs….and Jack really deserves a home of dog owners! While he could not be more loved, he needs a younger family.
He is a happy dog who can usually be seen with his toy ball in his mouth. He needs a yard and someone to play with him and walk him. He is about 7 years old, and is vaccinated, kennel trained, house-trained and usually follows directions to sit and lay. He is typically a quiet dog and does not cause much fuss. He would make an excellent pet to any family, and that family could not ask for a more loyal friend.
We will not take Jack to a shelter, but we will be happy to help him transition to a new loving home, and will pay for neutering.
