My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Bonnie: The Sweetest Little Bandit!**

Introducing Bonnie, a charming foster puppy with a heart full of love and a spirit as adventurous as her namesake from 'Bonnie and Clyde.' This little lady’s got a personality that shines bright and a playful nature that can steal anyone's heart.

**Personality:**
Just like Bonnie from the infamous duo, this pup is full of life! She’s curious, affectionate, and has a knack for getting into playful mischief. Whether she’s chasing after her favorite toy or snuggling up for a cozy nap, Bonnie brings joy to every moment. Her sweet, soulful eyes and wagging tail are sure to melt your heart.

**Playtime and Training:**
Bonnie is a bundle of energy and loves to play! She enjoys romping around the yard, playing fetch, and exploring new sights and sounds. She’s also eager to learn and is already picking up basic commands. With patience and love, she’ll be the perfect companion and a quick learner.

**Ideal Home:**
Bonnie would thrive in a loving home where she can get plenty of exercise and cuddles. She would do well with an active family or individual who can keep up with her playful spirit. She does ok when playing with other dogs, but she would be more content as the only furry friend, soaking up all the attention. Cats don’t seem to bother her, but she watches them with a suspecting eye.

**Adoption:**
If you’re looking for a loyal companion who embodies sweetness and adventure, Bonnie is the perfect match for you! With her playful antics and loving nature, she’s ready to create unforgettable memories with her forever family.

Are you ready to open your heart and home to Bonnie? Let her be your partner in crime, bringing joy, laughter, and unconditional love into your life!

If Bonnie sounds like the pup you’re looking for, please fill out an application at http://caws.org/adoption-application. Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. CAWS will cover all of the first year of puppy vaccines and their spay/neuter at 6 months of age. Her adoption fee is $300. Additional adoption info

Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..

If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email adopt@caws.org or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.

We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.

Go meet their pets

CAWS does not have a conventional shelter facility - all CAWS animals waiting for adoption are in foster homes. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. For additional information regarding how you, too, can become a foster, please see our fostering page located on our web site!

CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month

We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
