Gorgeous SUGAR wants to sweeten up your life!

Sugar is 5-6 years old and weighs 40-45 lbs. Late 2022, Sugar was rescued from euthanasia at Philadelphia ACCT. Sadly, the family that had been caring for her could no longer keep her and Sugar is looking for her forever home. And she really is as sweet as her name, always wanting to be by your side. Sugar loves to cuddle and taking naps on the couch. Sugar loves to be outside and enjoys running around the yard - although she will need some help with leash training as they never used a leash with her. Sugar will keep herself busy playing with a ball. , but sometimes she can get a little protective over her favorite stuff and will need an experienced adopter. Sugar is one of those playful, light-hearted dogs that still acts like a puppy! We are not sure how SUgar is with other dogs or with cats as she has only lived in an adult home. Sugar is fully vetted, spayed, micro chipped and ready for her new life to begin with YOU!

AmsterDog Rescue does not have its own facility. Instead, we rely on fosters to care for our beloved animals. Our available animals may change depending on your location and we do transport animals for adoptions within a reasonable distance. Since you will possibly be speaking with and meeting a foster directly, an application must be filled out prior to meet and greets.
