Take the Pet Home
Hi, my name is Purrsephone because I love to purr on your chest! I am the sweetest and cutest cat you will ever meet. I am good with any humans, especially new ones. They are all my friends … kids and dogs (I am in love with my foster sister Luna) . My foster parents say whoever gives me a forever home will be lucky to have me. I love to be around people. I just like to be around you even if it means I am just taking a little nap next to you. I love to play in general. Especially with my foster sister dog. I love making Halloween cat at her when she walks by or I like to hide around the corner and boop her, giggle and run away. In fact, watch this video of me and Luna!
Sometimes my sister is not in the mood to play with me, so I am self-sufficient and independent and I just go and play with all my toys. I love my little balls and little toys I have that I can chase around the house. I am funny and smart, but mostly curious about everything. If you tell me that you do not like me to do that I will listen. My foster mom has over fifty plants and somehow, she is so good at having foster cats at her house because she teaches us not to play with them. I have listened to her.
I love to look out the window and relax while I look at the world passing by. I like to take naps by my sister’s butt, make little biscuits on her fur, but I will also make biscuits on blankets because I love to lay on them. I’m pretty much perfect except for the fact that I sneeze because I have Calicivirus. I know my disease sounds scary, but it’s really not! It just means sometimes I am a little congested, like a cold, but other than that, I am fine. My foster parents think it is so funny that I have snot rockets when I sneeze sometimes. I am not in pain, nor does it affect me in any other way.
Here is a little more information about Feline Calicivirus. This is a viral disease common in large unvaccinated groups of cats. Calicivirus affects a cat's immune system and can cause upper respiratory infections and oral infections. Due to this, I will need to be adopted into a home without other kitties or a home with fully vaccinated adult cats. Click here to learn more about Feline Calicivirus
