Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cat Benetar is an affectionate sweetheart. She’s playful with toys and other cats. She likes human pets and attention.She loves cardboard boxes with flaps she can use as tunnels. Her only issue is that she likes to pull apart the fountain in her shared room.

We estimate Cat Benetar was born October of 2022, but she was picked up as a stray, so we can’t be sure. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. Additional adoption info

All interested parties must fill out an adoption application and be approved prior to adoption. If a family has currently, or in the recent past had pets then a veterinary reference is required. If not then two personal references are required. Our adoption fees for dogs range from $150-$300. Our adoption fee for cats is free will donation. After an adoption has been approved an adoption contract must be signed.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
