My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you the kind of person that loves the summer sun, and hates the winter cold? Are you the kind of person that loves to have a lazy day around the house? Are you the type of person who really wants a dog, but doesn't really want to walk a dog or exercise it on a cold winters day?

Well no problem, we have the perfect dog for you!

Meet Goji.

Goji is a sun worshipper. She loves to be in the sun. She hates to be cold, or wet.
In the summer she loves to go outside and sun bathe. She loves to go on walks and explore. She loves to play fetch.

In the winter she loves to be inside where its warm, with the sun shining on her through the window. She doesn't care if she never gets a walk in the winter. She insists on putting on her winter coat, running out to potty, then immediately coming back in to snooze in her cozy dog bed.

Goji is as low maintenance as they come. She just needs someone to love, a cozy dog bed, and food. She LOVES to eat! She would enjoy a fenced yard.

Goji has been waiting a very long time to find her soul mate. Are you that person?
Goji is located in Boise, Idaho. She is 6 years old. Weighs 58lbs. She is house trained. Knows how to use a dog door. Rides great in the car. Loves everyone she meets. Has a goofy personality. Can be a little stubborn.

More about this rescue

We are a registered 501(c)(3) non- profit, charitable organization. Our mission is to rescue dogs from overcrowded and high kill shelters, and place them in loving homes. We also strive to educate the public on responsible pet ownership, and the importance of spay/neuter, so that one day there will no longer be adoptable dogs, euthanized by the thousands in our shelters. We are an all volunteer organization. 100% of donations go directly to the care of the dogs.
