Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Juno was rescued from the West Los Angeles animal shelter late 2024. She came in heavily pregnant, malnourished and with mites.
Sadly she had 4 stillborn pups but we were grateful that she survived.
She began her road to recovery and healing. When we knew she was ready, we paired her with baby girl Skye.
Skye was born November of 2024 and is probably the same age as Juno's babies would have been. So its been very sweet to see the two of them become best friends.
These girls love to run zoomies in their cage, they love treats, chewing on piggy safe chew toys and are so much fun.
Skye is a loud little wheeker! She's always the first to start yelling at her foster mom in the morning for veggies.
Skye's hair has been growing and growing, so she is going to be a long hair'd girly and will need regular spa days....aka hair trims and occasional baths. We can help with that.
Their new home will have to keep up with the hair, letting it get matted is not an option!
If you aren't ready to adopt, we do offer fostering options where we provide cage and supplies. We also have a foster to adopt program.
Please reach out to find out more.
We require a 4x2 C&C cage or a double midwest cage setup. The 4x2 C&C cage measures 56" x 27". Please see our Supply list for links to approved habitats: https://www.socalguineapigrescue.org/supplies-list
