My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Glinda, the sweet and soulful puppy with an old soul! This adorable American Bulldog mix is a bundle of love, always ready to snuggle up with both humans and her fellow pups. Though she's still growing, Glinda is destined to be a larger breed, but her heart is as big as they come. Whether she's curling up for a nap or seeking out some cuddle time, this affectionate little one is sure to steal your heart. Glinda’s gentle nature and love for companionship make her the perfect addition to any family looking for a loyal, loving friend.

Glinda is available through our Foster to Adopt program to LOCAL (KC area) adopters only. Her adoption fee is $250, and comes with all age appropriate vaccines, spay, microchip, and heartworm prevention. More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
