Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
A25117 Tommy is a brown with white colored, approximately 4-year-old, 48-pound, neutered male, Pitbull mix.
He entered the shelter as a stray on 01-20-2025 and was altered by our medical staff.
Tommy is a friendly, timid and shy boy here at the shelter. He is trying to figure out this shelter environment and is a little nervous here. Our staff describes him as cute and loving. He was a little difficult to leash because he was scared, but even then, had a friendly tail wag going. Once you get him leashed, he is very well behaved on walks. He loved on every person he met and loves affection. He will need some training and did not respond to any commands. He has a friendly interest in other dogs here at the shelter. When he was in the play yard, he ran the fence line with dogs on the other side with a happy tail wag to be out playing. He loved the toys, affection and running in the yard. Tommy will be a fun-loving family member in his new forever home.
