Our fosters are have so many kittens are now big enough to be adopted. They are anywhere from 8 to 16 wks old so SOME are TOO SMALL TO GO as SOLO pets to a home unless u already have a young cat in your home - so have to be paired up. They are absolutely the sweetest and simply some of the cutest and prettiest kitties ever!
Lana, Anna, Hanna , Patch (only Anna remains unadopted) - 8-10 wk old tiny foster bffs - can they be any cuter? Not just purrfectly perfect - but they are happy friendly and mini cat dogs waiting to purr snuggle and give u kitten kisses - so loving and cuddly - FIXED
Sunshine and Snowflake - these 8-9 yr old licorice lovers are tiny head butting snugglebugs... They are FIV+ from birth - which should go negative by the time they hit 6m and it is a non issue with them - no health/medical/food differences than any other cat and will live normal long life (NOT FELV or FIP which is often confused with this diagnosis). They are the best of the best! not fixed at this point
Hare Hippo and Hawk (Hawk and Hare now adopted)- 10-12 w old GORGEOUS sibs who are teeny tiny wonderfulness - they are cuddly happy friendly and do love each other so it would be great to see them go together but can be separated only if u have another young cat in the home as a buddy - were too small to fix at time of post
Betsy, Mellie and floofy sis Hun - 8-10 w rare ORANGE tabby GIRLS who are not just gorgeous but WOW gentle loving and just basically wonderful. Cuddly happy tiny tots - super sweet lovable and hand raised since birth - SPECIAL - not fixed at this time
Joseph Noelle Clement Joy and Ivy - 8-9 wk old white wonders - lil' Turkish van mixes so they are like mini cows with splotches of color and OH SO FUN - nothing is sweeter than these 5 - already our top therapy kittens and these 5 will WOW u with their love and snuggles!! - too small to fix at this time
These babies were all fostered in a wonderful home after they were abandoned in NYC and KY at a high kill shelters and then cared for by our incredible NY and KY foster teams! They are all friendly and fun and great for any family - they seem fine with kids and should be fine with other gentle cats and with a gentle dog. They are incredibly affectionate, super snuggly, and simply the most purrfect kitties! Again some of these babies are TOO SMALL to go solo so u must have another young cat in the home or adopt in pairs. All kittens no matter what age, do not grow up with the best behaviors without another cat to help them esp during their tween months.
ADOPTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN APPLY We do NOT test for hypoallergenic qualities or exact breeds as we are a rescue so also please do not ask! If you are allergic, then prepare for 20 yrs of an allergy if the cat you adopt causes issues...

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered - are fully vaccinated - and up to date on necessary vet care. Some animals that are listed are special needs might have chronic problems that the adopter would cover for future vetting, although this is rare.

Welcome to Rock N' Rescue! We are a 501c3 cat rescue (and a few dogs!) based in Westchester County NY. Our goal is not only to save the lives of kittens and cats coming from high kill shelters, but to raise awareness of many issues concerning animal welfare. We also have a therapy cat program, providing special cats deemed gentle enough to be able to relieve stress for individuals suffering from illness, PTSD and other stress/trauma in their lives. All of our cats must go to an indoor only home and are not allowed to be declawed (unless they are rescued already declawed). Adopters are encouraged to post happy tales here too!
We also are happy to do custom searches if you are looking for a particular breed/mixed breed of cat or dog!
