My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Monica, a sweet 5-year-old dog who is looking for a soft place to land where she can build confidence and trust in her humans. Monica is a bit of a bossy girl when it comes to being around other canines in the shelter setting, which is why she'd do best as the only dog in the home. While she can be intolerant of other dogs, she's incredibly loving to humans and will thrive in a calm, patient environment where she can feel safe and secure. If you're looking for a loyal companion to share your heart and home, Monica is ready to settle in and become your one and only!

If you're interested in learning more about her, please reach out to our volunteer matchmakers at wcac.matchmaker@gmail.com with the subject line "Monica 224631".

She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be spayed prior to going home. If you have cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
