My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing big boy Babu!

Babu is a gorgeous grey gentleman with lots to say and lots to love. He will chirp at you and will rub up on your legs asking for pets. Babu is about 10 years old and was surrendered to us when his previous owner couldn't care for him anymore. He used to live in a small apartment so he's a little unsure in large spaces - if he is startled, he can react a little aggressively. Babu tends to do better with a calm and sensitive adult - we're not so sure he would be great with kids because he can get upset if he is mishandled. But if you have had cats with a short fuse before and understand that some kitties express themselves through fisticuffs and chomps then this boy might be up your alley! He does fine with the other kitties as long as you don't have another aggressive/dominant male. We would like folks to meet Babu a couple of times to get to know him before adoption as he can be a little bit unpredictable.

Babu is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, tests negative for FIV/FELV and will be microchipped before adoption. Please apply here https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=meridenhumanesociety&method=online_form_html&formid=28
