Here's what the humans have to say about me:

RIO (#36942) - Male. Around 10 months old and 50 pounds. We suggest slow and proper introductions with other dogs. Cats unknown. Meets recommended with children - we suggest older kids. Timid at first but warms up quickly. Spunky, playful pup. Loves to cuddle and soak up attention. Takes treats gently and is such a sweet boy.

No appointments needed unless previously stated. Tuesday - Friday: 12-6 pm and Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm.

Meets now recommended (not required) with other dogs and children unless otherwise stated.

All dogs will come vaccinated (age appropriate), spayed or neutered, heartworm tested, and microchipped. For questions, please message us at Facebook.com/adoptgcac.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Shelter hours: Tues-Fri 12-6pm and Sat 10-2pm. No appointments needed (except for our foster dogs)

2.
Meet the Pet

Meets now recommended (not required) with other dogs and children unless otherwise stated.

3.
Pay Fee

For animals not yet altered, you can pre-pay for them (in cash). Once altered, the shelter will contact you for a scheduled pick-up time.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs and Puppies - $50

Cats and Kittens - $20
Please bring a carrier with you when adopting a cat

All animals will be vaccinated (age appropriate), spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and microchipped prior to leaving the shelter.
