**Meet Rusty!**

Breed: Mixed Breed Medium (definitely has some Jack Russell Terrier in him!)
Weight: 35 lbs of pure goofiness
Age: 1 year (a toddler in dog years—prepare for shenanigans!)

Meet Rusty, the pup who defied the odds! Once on the euthanasia list at MAS, this little miracle is now here to spread joy and laughter. Rusty’s mission? To turn every boring day into a laugh fest! With Jack Russell Terrier energy coursing through his veins, he’s always ready for action—whether it’s fetching a ball or attempting to play tug-of-war with his favorite toy (which he insists is a ferocious monster), Rusty is all about that fun life!

**Personality**
Big time goofy and full of zest, Rusty is a bundle of joy wrapped in fur! He’s friendly, social, and will charm his way into your heart faster than you can say "fetch!" Expect plenty of silly antics and rough-and-tumble play with this guy, who believes that every day is an adventure waiting to happen. If laughter and fun are what you seek, Rusty is your ultimate sidekick!

1.
Submit Application

• 21 years of age • Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.
Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.
Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides assistance to Team Memphis Rescue & Support approved rescues by transporting pets from shelters, boarding facilities, Veterinary clinics and foster homes. We help evaluate temperaments of pets and network to find foster homes. Animal Rescue is an ongoing battle. We are stronger when we stand together.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides medical care, including vaccinations, microchip and spay/neuter for all our adoptable pets. With years of experience, our goal is to find the perfect fit for each dog as well as the best pet for your family.
