Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucky’s year has been anything but lucky. Picked up as a stray, he found himself in a local shelter. For reasons past understanding, his family didn’t come to get him. His luck changed a bit when he was rescued by Animal Advocacy and began his search for a new forever home.
Lucky is a Chihuahua/Pug mix, about 10 years old. Don’t think he’s too old to be a mischievous little guy. He loves to counter and table-surf, so make sure your chairs are tucked in! Lucky loves to play with toys and snuggle under cozy blankets. He’s a very affectionate little dog and loves to get attention. Lucky would do best in a quiet home with a couple or a single person (no children, please).
Lucky is learning a new skill at his foster home – using a doggie door to go outside. He’s doing very well. He would benefit from some training and consistent rules to help him reach his full potential. He hates being told “No.”
If you have a little bit of room, some patience and a desire for a cuddly buddy, you really should meet Lucky.
Lucky has been neutered, is current on vaccinations, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.
If you are interested in adopting Lucky and Maisie please complete our adoption application at uaaf.org. For more information, please text Maryjo at 801-809-0602 or email: maryjokorb@gmail.com.
