Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Penelope or Peeps for short, an 8-year old, purebred English Bulldog. Peeps is a stubborn but lovely ol’ bulldog, who thrives on a simple, yet delightful, routine. While she enjoys her fair share of day naps – often seen sprawled out in either her bed, your bed, or the couch – she loves lounging on the porch, soaking in the sun and people-watching.
Peeps loves being the center of attention and the one and only in your life. So a home with no other pets is a must for you. She’s an older lady, so stairs aren’t her favorite and she would definitely prefer a backyard where she can go outside often. She also loves people and can’t wait to meet you.
Peeps is crate and house-trained. She is allergic to chicken, so she needs a special diet. Her background is unknown but we do know she doesn’t like anything that looks like a stick (vacuum, broom, mop, etc.) or large moveable things (suitcases, bags). She feels safer in her crate while the house is being cleaned.
Penelope has been spayed, is current on vaccines, has tested negative for heartworm and is microchipped.
If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application on our website (uaaf.org/adopt). For more information, call/text Maryjo at 801-809-0602 or email maryjokorb@gmail.com.
