Meet Peach!

Peach is very excited to go to her forever home to play fetch. She is so good at fetch that she has learned how to play fetch by herself! If you have the opportunity to meet Peach this is a trick you will definitely want to see. When she is finished playing she will definitely want some snuggle time; she is one of the sweetest dogs ever!

Peach was pulled as part of “Angel Retreat’s ACCT’s of love” program. She was scheduled to be euthanized due to lack of space at an extremely overcrowded and underfunded urban shelter. We were honored to step in and give this mama and her 2 puppies a happy ending.

Peach is a 3 year old boxer mixed breed who is simply wonderful! She came in with her two puppies (Pac Man and Bolt) after they were surrendered to the shelter by the next door neighbor. Peaches and her puppies had been living outside in their backyard all alone, after their former owner was arrested by the police. The next door neighbor had been feeding them, but decided they needed a real home and brought them into the shelter.

Mama Peaches is absolutely phenomenal! She is easy going, sweet, has great manners in her foster home. She is very dog and people friendly, and greets anyone with a tail wag. She walks great on a leash, and is an absolute gem❣️
