Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hatch’s prior owners were elderly and had some health issues. Hatch and his littermates were too much for them. In addition Daisy, mama Great Pyrenees, sadly passed away when the puppies were just 4 weeks old. So owner’s son moved in temporarily to help take care of the puppies. He contacted us to rescue the puppies. In honor of Mama Daisy, we chose Spring names for the pups.
Hatch is 9.5 weeks old, well socialized, super sweet and loves attention. He’s doing well with potty training and enjoys going outside, however he is always the first to want to come inside. Hatch loves to give you his paw! He plays well with his siblings and he will also happily play by himself. He is laid back and doesn’t play as hard as some of his brothers. Hatch does not like to be kenneled and needs a canine companion in his furever home as he does not like to be alone.
Being fostered in St Louis area
Hatch is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped. He will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract with adopter promising to spay/neuter at a later date and must show vet records at that time.
Adoption Requirements
*A secure & visible fence
*A home visit
*A vet check with at least a two year vet history
Adopters can be located in Missouri and surrounding states: Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. We are able to help transport to those states.

More about this rescue
Great Pyrenees Rescue of Missouri is dedicated to rescuing Great Pyrenees who are without a home, need medical attention, or just need a safe haven as they transition to their forever home. We are a volunteer, nonprofit rescue, relying solely on your generous donations. We are currently working to establish our rescue facility in St. Clair, Missouri. Until our facility is constructed, we will be foster based only, with fosters in Missouri and surrounding states. We will continue to have fosters after our facility is built. Our facility will allow us to rescue more Pyrenees in need.
