Charlie is a fun, loving, sweet, and playful, two-year-old, 45-pound, male chocolate and vanilla pit bull terrier-mix with warm brown eyes looking for a loving guardian.
Charlie was given up by a family with two male pit bulls. Neither were neutered and they were fighting over their meager resources.
Charlie loves his walks; he’s great in the car, and agile and energetic at play.
Beloved by volunteers, he knows the command sit. He is well-behaved, yet shy and reserved in new situations. We haven’t seen him yet around cats, and might be fine with other individual dogs now that he’s neutered.
He is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm-tested, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.
