Meet Peppa, one of the cutest, most loving chiweenies ever! 2 years, 13 pounds, she was going to be euthanized because she barked at the UPS driver, so rescue stepped up. Peppa is so sweet, affectionate, wants to be close. She loves everyone, gets along with dogs, plays. Peppa will be a wonderful family member. She's the best! Fostered near Philadelphia, PA.
