Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sammy is a sweet boy who doesn't ask for much, just a family to love. He is pretty chill, not super high energy. He enjoys being outside and is not a big barker. He is learning how to walk on a leash with out pulling. Catahoula's are working dogs and very smart. He will be an excellent family dog because his instinct will be to look after his herd, his family, especially kids. He needs a back yard to run in. Please give Sammy a chance.

More about this rescue

Established in 2005 our rescue has been finding homes for animals all over the country. We have indoor and outdoor shelters for all the many animals who come our way. Sometime we even have to build them on the fly! We make sure every animal is safe, secure and get plenty of healthy exercise and fresh air. Many times, animals come to us emaciated, sick or with injures. We make sure they all get healthy food, vet care and vaccinations. We are always in need of cages, kennels, leashes and collars, toys food and blankets. you can always email us if you have something to share with the animals!
