There’s truly no way to fully capture just how special this loving, distinguished senior boy is, but we’ll give it a try! PeeWee (or “P-Dubs,” or just “P” for short) is a heartwarming 27lbs of pure joy, ready to shower his new family with love.
PeeWee is the epitome of low-maintenance - all he needs is a comfy dog bed, a little sunshine, and a quiet space to call his own.
He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and knows his commands – a total pro! PeeWee never barks, making him an ideal companion for apartment living, though he’d also love to relax in a sunny backyard.
Long or short car rides? No problem! PeeWee is the perfect travel buddy – he’s so chill and quiet, you might forget he’s even in the car. He’d also make the ultimate office dog as he is content to curl up quietly at your feet all day long while you work.
Don’t be fooled by his adorable grey snout – PeeWee still has plenty of pep in his step! His friends think he’s about 9 years young and He enjoys walks and is always up for a stroll with his favorite person.
PeeWee has so much love to give – all he asks for in return is a place to call his forever home.

We are a group of volunteers and rescuers combining our skills to help fosters get a dog out of the shelter! The dogs in our program have begun house, crate, and leash training. Our fosters follow a handful of house rules. The transition to a new home is easiest for your dog when these structures are carried over for some time and privileges are gradually introduced. This helps minimize anxiety and behavioral issues.
