Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This poor guy was confiscated from his owner due to neglect and is severely malnourished. He really needs someone to show him he is safe now and will never be neglected or not fed again. He needs to put on some weight poor guy. Scared at first due to all he's been through but once he warns up he just wants to be held. He is two years old.

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
