Hello, cuteness!! Rodney is truly one of a kind. This boy is affectionate, playful, and will be the best companion. He was so shy and fearful in the shelter at first, and is slowly gaining confidence with new people and places. But oh my goodness, once he feels comfortable with you (which doesn't take long!) he transforms into the sweetest, most loving pup. He is a special boy who is tough to capture in words alone--you have to come meet him!

I mean, who wouldn't love those sweet eyes and cute ears looking up at them every day?!

CARE STL welcomes adopters to either come by the shelter or fill out an adoption application online to save some time at the shelter. The purpose of this application is to gather information about your home, pets, and general lifestyle to help our Match-Makers determine if the pet you wish to adopt is a good fit for both you and the pet.

CARE STL is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that serves as the established, No-Kill animal shelter for the City of St. Louis Animal Care and Control. We provide animal regulation services and help the city enforce Title 10 of the City of St. Louis Ordinance relevant to animal care and control; however, CARE STL also enforces and embraces the No-Kill equation and follows the guiding principles of no-kill shelters.
