My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Stingray! This sweet guy is a bit shy at first, but once he warms up to you, his mellow demeanor shines through. He's the kind of cat who enjoys quiet afternoons, lounging around, and the occasional chin scratch. Stingray is living with feline leukemia, but don't let that deter you. He's not letting it get him down, and neither should you. Stingray is more than his condition; he's a companion, a friend, a confidant. Adopt Stingray and let his gentle spirit fill your home with love and tranquility. Come meet Stingray in the Haven or apply at ghhs.com

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
