Flint was picked up as a stray by the Gwinnett county animal shelter where I adopted him a couple months later. He is a very sweet and affectionate dog but still has some manners to learn. Flint is weary of strangers and protective of his family but not reactive to family. (will let you take toys/food from him. play with ears ext). He has a very high prey drive and does not get along with cats, we cannot tell if he's a very pushy player or actually aggressive as he has not hurt any cats, but he does chase and corner them despite weeks of attempted acclimation. Unfortunately due to this we are looking to rehome him as we have two cats already. Flint was heartworm positive while at the shelter but has completed all treatment without issue, and still has 10 weeks of low activity, but has passed the most strict period.
