Jules is a fun-loving free spirit who brings joy to everyone she meets. Her happiness is contagious, evident by the big smiles she shares when you greet her. She’s never met a person she didn’t instantly adore and will shower you with the most intense butt wiggles you’ve ever seen!
Jules is fantastic with kids of all ages and absolutely loves snuggles. She’s a social butterfly who just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing, whether it’s a backyard barbecue or a cozy night on the couch.
However, Jules does experience separation anxiety and needs a safe setup when left alone. She’s best kenneled without anything destroyable, as dog beds and plastic containers don’t stand a chance against her determination.
Jules also has a strong prey drive, so small animals running from her can spark her chase instinct. Despite this, her sweet and playful nature makes her an amazing companion for an active and loving family.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..
If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted.
So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.
