Danny is a 10 year old Yorkie who is quite lovable. He is a sweet tempered lap dog who likes people. Danny likes to walk on a leash and enjoys the outdoors (except in frigid weather!)

Danny was neglected before he came into rescue. As such, he is learning to be house trained and is making progress! He will thrive with a solid routine he can learn and depend on.

Danny is scheduled for a dental cleaning and neuter. He also has an appointment with the groomer coming up. We will post better pictures after his grooming.

Danny's adoption fee is $150 which helps defray his vet/groomer expenses.

Once your 3 personal references and your vet reference is checked and we approve your application then a meet and greet is set up.

3.
Meet the Pet

If you and your family and your dog are a match then the contract is signed and you and your new family member go home.

More about this rescue

We are a small breed rescue mainly rescuing from local shelters in our area, puppy mill dogs, and owner surrenders

We have a community outreach program where an owner may not be able to pay for vetting for their dog we will have our vet assess the pet and help the owner with expenses.

We do a senior to senior adoption where we continue to cover the vet expenses for the dog and the adopter pays for the food and cares for the dog.

We also have a foster based hospice for any dog that our vet deems is not adoptable for medical issues. The foster takes care of the dog until it crosses over. All expenses are covered by the rescue.
