My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maple-boy! He is a hambone that is just bursting at the seams with love, joy, and ALL the puppy in the world. He is seriously one of the most hilarious, easy-going puppies I've ever met. He's as docile as can be, yet there's not a single shy bone in his body, and he adores everyone, & everything! Maple has a wiggle butt that just doesn't stop, and I CANNOT get enough of him! At about 7 months old, and 30 pounds or so, this guy's been in foster his whole life, so it's easy to say he's got the catch on crate-training, house-breaking, and all the basic puppy dog skills he might ever need. With that said, he's been living it up in his NEWEST foster family now that he's finally landed with us here in Iowa, and they just adore this little boy! As he's already settled in, loving on the foster kiddos, romping with their other dogs, from big to small; and most of all; getting ALL the love he could ever dream of, AND giving it! Maple is just a DOLL of all DOLLS!

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
