Meet Dante, our 1-year-old foster pit bull ready for his forever home. He has been with us for 5 months while we nurtured him back to health. He's affectionate, loyal, & energetic. He's well-trained, responding to basic commands, & fully potty trained. We are seeking a family offering an active lifestyle. Ideally, Dante needs to be the only dog, with a securely fenced yard in a quiet area. He loves walks, chew toys, play fetch, & cuddles. His allergies are managed through a specific diet (see pet diet). He's neutered & fully vaccinated. While great with humans, he's cautious around other dogs, especially males. His new family should understand pit bull ownership responsibilities. He does best in a calm environment. His perfect home would combine regular exercise, consistent training, & lots of love.
