This helps Quirky Cats Sanctuaries TX with pet care costs.
Ramona is a fun and feisty kitten. She was brought to me (her foster) late one evening by a neighbor who found her and her sister (Naomi, also fostered here) huddled against the curb on a cold night. Both girls were terrified, crawling with fleas, and so, so thin. My daughter and I bathed them and got them set up for the night in a crate with food and warm blankets. It took quite a bit of work to get Ramona to come out of her shell but she is now a purr machine, just like her sister.
Ramona and her sister are extremely bonded. They are both really talkative girls and love to have conversations with each other and with us. They cry whenever they are separated. When the girls were at the vet for their big surgery day, the technicians there let them stay in the same cage together because they were so sad to be apart.
Sometimes it seems like Ramona is a little more independent than her sister because she's such a busybody and always checking everything out, but she still gets concerned if they are not close to each other. She's definitely more the ringleader of the two but is always happy to snuggle up on the couch once she gets all of her energy out.
