My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Fluffy is an adorable little terrier mix (best guess) who weighs only 4.8lbs and is estimated to be around 5 years old. She was found dumped in a field near San Bernardino, CA and was rescued by a good samaritan. She is now in foster care with us in Seattle.

Foster Update: Meet Fluffy, better known as "Ms Floof" by her foster family. She is settling in and doing great! Her foster family shares, "Ms Floof is doing well. We are earning her trust – enjoying her calm demeanor and personality. She is an absolute sweetheart and excellent companion dog. She follows us around spaces and wants to snuggle next to us at all times. She wags her tail when you give her attention. She’s a bit shy, even after several days together. She tolerated her bath OK and sat like a good girl for fur brushing (I cleaned up all of the matted parts). She doesn’t appear to have leash or stair skills, which we are going to start working on slowly. She doesn’t love face or paw touching so I’m slowly getting her acclimated so that I can file nails. Overall, she’s a great companion dog and is so easy. She doesn’t need much and truly wants to nap/lay next to a human all day. We are really enjoying her plus she’s the cutest, tiniest thing with big black eyes, wire-y fur and expressive pointy ears."
