Meet Sunflower! 🌻
This poor sweet girls’ mom is in hospice now and no longer able to take care of her. Unfortunately no family members would take her in and instead chose to surrender her to the shelter. Luckily another rescue was there and offered to find a rescue to help her, so we agreed.

Sunflower is shy in the beginning, but will come around with some time. She is a little hard of hearing, but can hear loud noises. She does well with hand signals. She is around 7ish years old and weighs 18 pounds.

She will need a calm home, so no kids under the age of 10. She is good in the house as long as she gets plenty of potty breaks. She eager to go outside and will follow you to the door but have to be cautious not to let her sneak out the door.

She is spayed, current in all shots, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, and on heartworm preventative.

The adoption fee is $150 to an approved and loving home. All vet records will be given to the adopter at the time of adoption.

Once a pet is adopted from our rescue, they MUST be returned to us, if you cannot keep them. If you plan on not keeping them their whole lives, please do not apply.
