Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Katie, female, 45 lbs, birthdate 12/12/17 Hound Mix Tan color, spayed & UpToDate on shots. Will donate more than a years supply of the Heartgard & she’s also on NexGard for fleas/ticks.
Very smart, can herd animals, if you have sheep or other dogs. She does not like cats but I’ve never seen her try to hurt one. Loves kids and other dogs. Her brother, another hound mix, died unexpectedly, last May. We have come to the conclusion that she really misses him. Wants to be inside with us a lot and my husband has severe COPD and allergies, so that’s not possible. We love her so much & want her to go to someone who will pay her attention and keep her safe. She is not meant to be alone. She craves interaction & attention. She is in a heated sunroom now. We let her in for a few hours at nite sometimes & she’s such a good girl.
Some of the things we can donate:
Two sofa beds & some cotton sheets you can wash & reuse. All her food bowls & stainless water containers. At least 60 lbs of Purina Complete Protein along with some really tasty treats she loves. Her leashes, etc. and anything else that I can’t think of right now that pertains to a dog.
I so hope & pray that she will be loved for the rest of her life.
