Jonas came to us after he was left chained outside. Now, this lovable boy is ready to find his forever home! Jonas is one goofy pup! He loves to run, and does the cutest hops! Happy-go-lucky Jonas enjoys playing with any type of toys, he is not picky! Jonas does well with other dogs and loves playing with them! Jonas has done well meeting cats, he is a little timid of them. If Jonas is the boy for you, please fill out an application for him today!

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.

Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.

Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!

Shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4:30. We also participate is various adoption events throughout the year.
