My name is Ace!

Ace was surrendered because his family worked too much. He is somewhat housetrained, with a few accidents here and there if he is not being let out enough. Ace is a big boy of 81 pounds who is a giant lovebug. His family said Ace adores babies and small children and was even friendly with delivery people! Ace is one of those dogs we see every now and then who has chronic `happy tail` which is self inflicted. He chews on his tail, then it starts bleeding when he wags it exuberantly in his kennel. Although he could have his tail amputated or shortened, the veterinarian does not feel that is the way to go and could even worsen it. Being in a confined space is definitely not the answer for this sweetheart. Ace is neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms.
