Snow Day 3 is an affectionate and wiggly pup who’s ready to find her forever home. Since arriving in her foster home, she’s shown herself to be a quick learner and a total sweetheart. Although she was initially unsure about stairs and the ceiling fan, she overcame her hesitations quickly and has settled in beautifully. She’s fully potty trained, eats well, and sleeps soundly through the night, making her an easy companion.
This loving girl thrives on affection and is always happy to give it back. She adores pets and scratches, especially on her back, and is incredibly comfortable with gentle handling. She lets her foster clean her ears and wipe her down with pet wipes, and she’s always ready to shower her humans with kisses. She loves food puzzles, kongs, and pupsicles.
Snow Day 3 is doing great on her walks, where she’s learning to explore and sniff with growing confidence. She sometimes pauses to watch people, dogs, or even garbage trucks, but her curiosity outweighs any apprehension. Treats are her favorite motivator, helping her navigate doorways and pet gates with ease.
True to her Velcro-dog nature, Snow Day 3 loves being close to her person. She follows her foster around the house and has claimed the stair landing as her favorite spot, where she can watch everything happening around her. While she loves being nearby, she’s also learning to manage time alone. Though she has some separation anxiety, her foster has been helping her with enrichment activities like pupsicles and marrow bones, which keep her engaged when left for short periods. She’s also starting to work on crate training, and while she’s still getting used to it, she’s made progress with treats and positive reinforcement.
Snow Day 3’s sweet and loyal nature makes her an incredible companion. She’s looking for a home with someone who can spend time with her and continue to build her confidence. Her love for people and food motivation make her a joy to train and bond with. If you’re looking for a loving, devoted dog to share your life, Snow Day 3 might just be the perfect match.
