Junie B Jones is a very sweet kitty who was found outside in the bitter MN winter with frostbitten ears. Even though she had a rough start to life, she is still very human oriented. She loves to get attention and will often snuggle up in our laps. But she can also keep herself busy so she's not overwhelming or needy. She loves catnip, wand toys, and little stuffed mice that she can toss and chase. She has done well with our kids and has co-existed well with another cat (they were not best friends but likely would have become closer over time). But she would be perfectly happy as the only pet. We haven't had her around any dogs but given how outgoing she is, we think she would coexist well as long as the dog respected her boundaries.
I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age.

TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed.
