Izzy's journey is one for the books! Once found almost dead, the vets thought she was on a one-way ticket to the great dog park in the sky. But guess what? She defied the odds and decided that life was just too good to miss out on! Now, she’s living proof that even the tiniest spark of hope can ignite a roaring flame of resilience.

**Personality**

Izzy is as sweet as a cupcake but a little shy—think of her as the adorable wallflower at the doggy dance party. She’s still working on her confidence, but she’s got a heart of gold! This gal loves her jackets, and you could say she has quite the fashion sense (she's ready for any weather, darling!). House-trained and well-behaved, she’s the perfect roommate—no mess, just cuddles!

Izzy absolutely adores confident dogs, as they make her feel like the queen she truly is! And when it comes to car rides, she’s all in—she believes every trip is an adventure waiting to happen. Just don’t forget her favorite playlist!

1.
Submit Application

• 21 years of age • Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

2.
Interview

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

3.
Home Check

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.

Or we help arrange private (or volunteer) transport for your pet if adopter isn’t in our local area.

Additional adoption info

We are all volunteers, but we try to have all applications processed in 7 business days.. If you are approved, then we will send you an adoption contract and transport information. Payment must be made once contract is finalized.
We try to answer all inquiries. If you are interested in a pet the best way to meet that pet is FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Since we are all volunteers, applicants must be approved before a meet/greet.

Team Memphis Rescue & Support provides assistance to Team Memphis Rescue & Support approved rescues by transporting pets from shelters, boarding facilities, Veterinary clinics and foster homes. We help evaluate temperaments of pets and network to find foster homes. Animal Rescue is an ongoing battle. We are stronger when we stand together.
