My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dutch is a two-year-old, ten-pound, Miniature Pinscher.  Dutch is good with other dogs; in fact, he would do better in a home with a companion buddy to play with. Dutch was rescued from a hoarder situation, and he is used to having other dogs around him. Dutch is joyful, healthy, and up for playing at any time. Little Dutch is a rough and tumble playmate with other dogs, but he is still very shy with people. We recommend a home with mature kids ten and older since he can be timid and nervous around the noise of children. Dutch needs a dog buddy at home for fun and comfort. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We reply only to completed applications, no calls. Excellent vet references and a virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all of our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
