Sadie is a brave and resilient 1.5 year old, 39 pound mutt who is learning to trust and love humans again. Her journey began on January 14th, after a week of roaming and evading anyone who tried to help her. Exhausted and scared, she finally surrendered and has been making incredible progress ever since.
Initially terrified of everything and everyone, Sadie has come out of her shell in the safety of her foster home. She’s now comfortable leaving her kennel to eat, go outside, and explore her surroundings. Sadie is house trained and knows the command “go potty,” heading straight to the back door when it’s time to go out.
This sweet girl enjoys cuddling and pets. While she’s still a little wary of men and nervous the alpha dog, she gets along well with other dogs. Her playful and affectionate nature shines through every day.
Sadie is a young, cuddly pup who’s ready to blossom with a patient and loving family by her side. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will reward your kindness with endless love, Sadie is your girl!

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.
ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.
Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.
