Meet Domino

Domino is out of this world! This fluffy white cat with a black mask, fuzzy black tail, and a single black dot on his back was rescued from NASA Ames Research Center. While he was initially shy and seemed unfamiliar with toys and laps, Domino has blossomed into a loving and playful companion.

Now a lap-seeker extraordinaire, Domino adores wand toys and will happily spend hours chasing cloth mice. His quiet purr and sweet little meow are just as endearing as his perpetually surprised expression.

Domino is well-mannered—he won’t climb on counters or knock things over—and he gets along well with other cats. If you’re looking for a gentle, playful, and affectionate companion, Domino is ready to launch into your heart!

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to saving local at-risk shelter pets from the San Jose Animal Care Center. Our goal is to give adoptable animals a chance to shine in a casual and relaxed environment, and expand opportunity for adoptions, thereby reducing the euthanasia rate in Silicon Valley. The Dancing Cat also seeks to create a community of cat lovers by providing a place for fun social and educational events.
