Champ was rescued on 11/13/24 from NYACC. He’s been with our rescue president almost 2 months while we navigate his allergies and his do's and don’ts. What he likes and what he doesn’t like and wellllllll champ is an all around fantastic dog! He loves kids, cats and dogs! Of course a meet and greet for this boy would be necessary as he’s over two years old and he will need a family that understands that he has allergies. He is a BIG boy he can only eat specific things. We had an allergy test done for him so we know he cannot eat lentils, soy, corn, peas and a few other things. He is on allergy pills and he’s on special food and he will need to remain on that otherwise he scratches himself horribly and cut his skin open.
It has been almost 2 months and we have been going slow with introductions. We are happy to say Champ is doing fantastic!
