Shelley is a sweet, cuddly pup who is house/crate trained and about 25 lbs. She loves her chew toys! She can be a bit mouthy when playing with her person but she is good with a 'stop' command. She is also especially fond of belly rubs and will 'sit' for treats and her meals. Shelley came to Proverbs Heartworm positive. She has finished up her treatment and is doing wonderfully

Medical Notes:

Completed heartworm treatment and now heartworm free.
Received a Proheart 12 injection. Proheart provides protection against heartworms for 12 months.

Spayed
Vaccinations are up to date
Gave birth to 5 puppies upon arrival to Proverbs care

We offer a Foster program for those who would like to provide a temporary home to one in need.

All older puppies (6 mos or more) and adults are fully vetted prior to adoption.

Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue is a NO KILL animal rescue dedicated to providing shelter and loving care (which includes food, veterinary care and any other necessity) for animals that were abused, abandoned, owner surrendered, or destined to be euthanized due to over-crowded shelter conditions. Through the use of foster homes, Proverbs will care for these animals until such time as a good, responsible, loving home can be found for all adoptable animals.
